The WINTER PARKING BANS begin December 1st until the end of March in both Towns of Rothesay and Quispamsis. Vehicles are not to be parked on any street between the hours of 12 midnight and 7 AM. Vehicles parked in violation of this by-law can be fined, towed, or both.
