Message from the Chief
We would like to welcome you to the web site for The Rothesay Regional Police Force. We are very pleased that you took the time to visit with us and hope you enjoy our site and find it useful. We, at The Rothesay Regional Police Force are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to effectively communicate with our clients, the citizens of the Town of Rothesay and the Town of Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Our site is periodically reviewed and we would very much welcome any comments or feedback that you would wish to offer, that may serve to further improve our site. Our Mission Statement and Core Values are very important to each and every dedicated Sworn and Civilian Member of this Police Force. We certainly commend and appreciate the hard work and effort put forth by our Regional Board Members, Police Officers, Auxiliary Members, Civilian Staff and numerous Volunteers. In keeping with the New Brunswick Policing Standards, we are very much committed to the philosophy and practice of Community Based Policing. Our dedicated volunteers work hand in hand with our members and together have formed the Community Police Action Committee (C.P.A.C) which serves to further enhance the safety of our citizens. Effective Community Policing involves a partnership between our Police Service, the Community and the residents. We will continue to build partnerships with community stakeholders in order to proactively provide a safe environment for residents in the Valley. In this light, we would very much welcome and encourage your involvement. This is your Community and your participation can serve to make it safer for you and your family. Please take a leisurely look through our site. Hopefully, the information you will find will be both useful and informative. We are constantly seeking input with respect to our service delivery and your feedback is most welcome. We have attempted to develop this site in such a way that you can make easy contact with either individual police members or specific sections. Technology is driving change at a very fast rate and we want to make sure that processes are in place that will permit us to address these issues in a timely fashion. It is appreciated that our busy lifestyles sometimes make it difficult to make a personal visit to your Police Force and would therefore encourage you to send us an e-mail from the comfort of your home or office and we will respond to any issue as quickly as possible. Obviously, emergency situations should still be handled through our “911 System”.
